How long does it take to receive my order?
Each item is made with care and intention. Please allow 7–14 days for production before your order is packaged and shipped out.
Who makes my order?
All merchandise is painted, printed, labeled, tagged, packaged and distributed by ArtistaLili. These products are made by the artist with love.
How do you ship orders?
Once your item is ready, I purchase the shipping label and send you a USPS tracking number a few days before it ships.
How long does shipping take?
- Standard Shipping: 3–4 business days once shipped
- Priority Shipping: Overnight delivery (additional cost)
When will I get my tracking number?
You’ll receive your USPS tracking number through BigCartel or email a few days before your package is on its way.
